If it's possible, Theon's face goes even paler, ghostly white at the mention of straps and being held down. His hand drops immediately from the needle, and his head drops, shoulders curving forward protectively. But the moment passes, and he's glad to hear the irritating chirps die down as he sucks in a breath and looks up to find Neil.
He's able to actually look at him, and there's nothing there that seems familiar to him about-- any of it. "I haven't," he says. "You, when I was dying. I would think I was dead, if I wasn't sure I knew what it already felt like. What happened to me?"
